Boundaries

When to let people in and, when to keep a safe distance or, somewhere in between. Objectively observe when you tend to open and close doors with others and, learn to trust your gut.

When it comes to finances, it's a good idea to create a budget in order to monitor income and expenses and, stay on track with what we can and cannot do. It is less common for us to objectively observe and monitor safe people skills in ourselves and others. And how well we are doing at knowing when to create appropriate space or, when to ask for help.
